USDA’s Food Safety Inspection Service will hold two national public meetings for comments on the proposed rules for the interstate shipment of state-inspected meat. The meetings will be held on October 27 and November 5 and will be in a teleconference format. Participants must register in advance and should indicate that they would like to make a comment on the registration form. Written comments are due by November 16.
