Cheesemaking Class in Ohio
Canal Junction Farmstead Cheese will be hosting a cheesemaking class on April 28 and April 29, 2011.
Neville McNaughton from CheezSorce in St. Louis is the instructor. Alpine and Bleu cheese styles will be taught. The class is for current cheesemakers and individual thinking about making cheese.
