Uploaded presentations are an introduction/welcome by John Piotti (Maine Farmland Trust); keynote presentations by Eric Holt-Gimenez (“Food Justice, Food Sovereignty: Transforming Our Food Systems”) and Gary Paul Nabhan (“Redesigning Local Food Systems”); a panel presentation by Campus Food Teams from Yale, Unity College, Green Mt. College, UMass-Dartmouth and McGill University; and a presentation of globalized food systems education from the perspectives of College of the Atlantic faculty, the University of Kassel in Germany, and the Organic Research Centre in England.
