Compensation: Pay $14-22/hr Dependent on experience.
Herrman Northwest, Inc., in Connell, WA is seeking an experienced General Farm Labor/Equipment Operator. We are an independent, family-owned diversified, row crop farm and have been in business for over fifty years.
Requires experience with row crop farming, combines, welding/fabrication, pesticide application, & center pivot irrigation. CDL, pesticide license, and bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Must have strong mechanical skills, ability to read/write/speak English, basic computer skills, good attendance record, ability to work long hours, including weekends. Must have valid drivers’ license with a good driving record. Must pass drug screen & criminal background check.
