Belcampo Farms in Gazelle, CA is hiring a Pasture Division Assistant and an Assistant Ranch Manager. For more information, please read on.

*** Belcampo Farms is hiring a Pasture Division Assistant who will be responsible for implementing the daily operational activities of Belcampo’s ruminant production programs (finishing beef cattle, sheep, goats). The ability to help manage daily pasture rotations for several hundred head of mixed species is paramount. Must be familiar with permanent and temporary electric fencing, fixed and mobile livestock watering systems, low stress animal handling (we harvest every species out of the pasture weekly), and be able to work as part of a large team. Minimum two years livestock and grazing experience required.

***Belcampo is also hiring a full time Assistant Ranch Manager for our cow/calf operation. This position requires a similar skill set in addition to horsemanship skills, irrigation experience, and the ability to work independently for many hours.
