The countdown to the conference has begun – it’s just three weeks away now, and we can’t wait!  This conference is going to be jam-packed with field trips, workshops, art, keynotes, poster presentations, films, receptions, and networking opportunities to help you get the most out of your time there.  We hope you’ll join us – but you have to act soon!

Registration Deadline this Friday
If you haven’t registered yet for the conference and plan to attend, now is the time to register!  Advance registration ends this Friday, September 25.  Registration will be available at the door for $375; you can save $50-100 by registering this week.  The field trips and Food Policy Council Gathering are also filling up quickly.  Register today to guarantee your spot, or see registration fees & deadlines.

Making travel plans?
There are still discounted rooms available at the Hotel Fort Des Moines for $99/night.  The conference website has information on things to see in Des Moines, directions from the airport, and a handy map of conference event locations in Downtown Des Moines to help you make your plans.  If you’re looking for a ride or someone to split a hotel room with, check the bulletin board.
