Summit Urban Farming Initiative March 11—April 22 (7 successive Thursday evenings) 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Akron (Location to be announced)

This intensive urban farm management program is for new and emerging farmers in Akron, Summit County and beyond. Participants will learn how to plan, budget and conduct a successful urban farm venture. Topics will be tailored to fit the interest of participants. Taught by educators from OSU Extension and The Cuyahoga Valley Countryside Conservancy. Mini-grants may be available to participants to assist with future urban farming ventures.
