Farm financials are vital to the success of your farm business, but can be difficult to tackle without the proper training. With support from a group of farmer peers and professionals, Farm Finance Boot Camp will give you the tools needed to properly assess your financial statements and connect them in way that is advantageous for your farm business.

The first 10 individuals registered will receive a FREE 1.5 hour consultation with a financial advisor after completing Farm Finance Bootcamp!

 Join us to learn:

  • The ins and outs of key financial documents such as balance sheets, cash flows, income statements
  • How to read, understand, populate, and use these documents
  • How to create the best financial plan for your farm
Tame these documents and take control of your farm’s financial performance! Farm Finance Boot Camp is open to all members of the public, but is recommended for those with 3+ years of farming or small business management. Those who attend this workshop will also get preference in our Farm Asset Builder and Open Books programs for 2017 and 2018. See you on November 11th

Angelic Organics Learning Center was established as a 501(c)(3) non-profit and partner to Angelic Organics farm in 1999. Executive Director, Tom Spaulding, and his wife, Neddy Astudillo, joined forces with Biodynamic farmer, John Peterson, and a team of farmers/volunteers to establish a learning center that would foster a vibrant local food economy. Operating out of a renovated chicken coop, they offered workshops, coordinated the Upper Midwest CRAFT farmer training alliance, and launched educational programs in Chicago and Rockford.
