Local Food Resources

Have a labor gap? Fill it with Haitian H-2A workers!

WHY HAITI?
Haiti has been a part of the H-2A program since 2012 to fill critical labor gaps for U.S. farmers. Agriculture is the backbone of the Haitian economy. Major crops include mango, cocoa, lettuces, onions, potatoes, plantains, tomatoes and other fruits such as guava and citrus.

PRE-SCREENED, PRE-SELECTED WORKERS

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) matches US Growers to qualified pre-screened agriculture workers from a variety of Haitian fruit and vegetable associations across Haiti with diverse set of expertise in fruits, vegetables, animal husbandry and other areas.

International Organization for Migration (IOM) has screened and pre-selected over 200 highly skilled, reputable workers with specific crop expertise to best match employers’ needs (based on the US Department of Labor’s criteria and terms of reference).

If you have a labor gap and are seeking qualified H-2A workers this season to fill your job orders please call us!
