One farm manager sought for a new CSA operation at Moraine Farm located in Beverly, MA and managed by the Trustees of Reservations. Responsibilities of farm manager include planning and implementing start-up needs for the operation. During the season responsibilities include general farm work such as planting, seeding, weeding, hoeing, harvesting and processing; tractor work including cultivation and equipment maintenance; CSA distribution; harvest management and record keeping; and farm projects.
