Farm Production Manager Job in New York

Stokoe Farms an agritainment Harvest Fest and Christmas tree in Scottsville, New York, is looking for a farm production manager.   This positions goal is to manage and produce high quality Christmas trees and pumpkins.  Applicants must be able and will to manage staff, maintain equipment, buildings and ground, and perform at the very highest level of production and service.

Qualified individual will bring a positive, upbeat attitude, excellent work ethic, have inventive thinking, good customer service and team leader skills.  Candidates must have farm and mechanical background, be able to work independently and complete projects in a timely manner, as well as work with a team of all ages.

Minimum Level of Service Requirements:

Candidate MUST have agriculture experience or an AG degree in management

Candidate MUST be familiar with spraying and fertilizing techniques

Candidate MUST be able to perform basic equipment and building repairs, as well as yearly maintenance

Candidate MUST be able to prioritize

Candidate MUST be able to effectively manage employees of all ages

Candidate MUST be able to prioritize and work on own

Candidate MUST have a high level of customer service

Candidate MUST be able to work well with others
