Siena Farms is a 70-acre, award-winning market farm located in Sudbury, MA with a year-round CSA. They also sell Their produce at farmers’ markets, at our farm store, and to Boston restaurants.

They use only sustainable farming practices without chemical pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic fertilizers. Their goals are to produce the highest-quality produce, provide outstanding customer service, and engage with their community.

2014 Farm Apprentices  Seeking hardworking, high-energy, passionate individuals motivated by a career interest in sustainable agriculture to join the apprentice team.

Harvest Manager  Seeking a highly organized individual with strong people-skills and farming experience to manage and run daily harvests, post-harvest handling, and distribution.

Crop Production Assistants  Seeking talented farmers with 3-5 seasons of previous farming experience to join the crop production team.

Crop Production Manager  Seeking a professional, experienced grower to lead the crop production team.  A decade or more of production experience is required.
