2017 Young Farmers Conference

Livestream the 2017 Young Farmers Conference!

The 2017 Young Farmers Conference is your opportunity to engage with a gathering of beginning farmers, chefs and leaders in the food and agriculture movement to explore practical approaches and innovative ideas for changing our food system. If you’re unable to join us for this year’s conference, you can watch from home! Select sessions will be streamed live–and we’re looking for a few dedicated fans to host watching parties! If you’re interested, please email yfc@stonebarnscenter.org. For more information, visit the Young Farmers Conference webpage.

The 2017 Young Farmers Conference is your opportunity to engage with committed change makers and thought leaders: farmers, chefs, scientists, activists and others who are committed to a more just and sustainable food system. It’s your chance to connect with your community of peers and forge lasting bonds that will help you on your road to farming and cooking.

LOTTERY REGISTRATION
Due to high interest, registration for the 2017 Young Farmers Conference will be by lottery. Beginning farmers (farming for more than one year and less than 10) will be given registration preference.
Lottery registration is now open. Visit VirtualGrange.org to register.

For information on registering for this year’s conference, which will be held December 6-8, 2017, visit VirtualGrange.org.

VIEWING PARTIES
Select sessions from this year’s Young Farmers Conference will be streamed live–and we’re looking for dedicated fans to host watching parties around the country. Hosts can receive special materials from Stone Barns, and we’ll help you get set up before the conference. So grab some chips, call some friends, and get together to learn about agroecology. If you’re interested, please email yfc@stonebarnscenter.org.

SPONSORSHIP
The Young Farmers Conference is presented with support from generous sponsors and partners. For information about 2017 sponsorship opportunities, please contact Maggie Nolin at maggien@stonebarnscenter.org.
