Time Magazine Article: The Grass-Fed Revolution

A recent Time Magazine article features the experiences of grass-based livestock farmers, and highlights the substantial growth in the grass-fed industry. Cows and other livestock are ruminants, and have evolved as grazing animals, which is not the way that most contemporary agricultural systems treat them. The time article also notes the potential health issues involved, since grass-fed beef is leaner, and higher in ‘good fats’.
