WILD HILL FARM ASSISTANT FARM MANAGER
Help manage a 150-member CSA farm growing high-quality vegetables using ecological practices. Your responsibilities will include supervision of crew, quality control, time management, equipment operation and maintenance, and participation in all farm tasks. Tasks include greenhouse production of transplants, planting, irrigation, row cover management, weeding, hoeing, thinning, mulching, harvesting, washing, CSA member distribution, cover crop management. Tractor work includes plowing, discing, tilling, spreading fertilizer, cultivation, cover crop seeding, and more. We have an awesome greenhouse, wash station with high-pressure rinse conveyor and concrete pad with drainage, large walk-in cooler, barn for distribution, etc. Our systems are set up for ergonomic work and our crew is fun.
***You must have at least 2 years experience working on a vegetable farm at the scale of more than 2 acres. Must have some tractor experience.***
Full-time seasonal position (April-Nov) 
40hrs/week
$13-17/hr plus veggies
Possible camper unit provided to live on-farm if desired.

(2)  WILD HILL FARM BEGINNING FARMER / FARM CREW
Participate in all aspects of growing high-quality vegetables using ecological practices for a 200-member CSA farm. You must seriously be excited about a career in farming. You will learn a variety of different farm skills as the summer progresses. Tasks include greenhouse production of transplants, planting, irrigation, row cover management, weeding, hoeing, thinning, mulching, harvesting, washing, CSA member distribution, cover crop management, and possible operation and maintenance of equipment per experience and interest in learning (tillage, cultivation, loader work). Must be able to lift 40 lbs and work in all sorts of weather.
Full-time seasonal position (April-Nov) 
40hrs/week
$11.10/hr plus veggies
Possible camper unit provided to live on-farm if desired.
