Organic Vegetable Production Land for Lease, Pennsylvania

Farm land to lease for organic vegetable production (“Certified Organic” not required). There are about 10 fairly flat acres of meadow available, part of 28 acres under Conservation Easement with the Land Conservancy of Southern Chester County, which includes a hardwood woods and a stand of coniferous trees.   Land was farmed by my family from 1845 – 1962, and was part of a dairy farm in the 20th Century.   10 acre area was used for pasture and never had pesticides or chemical fertilizers (as I remember, farm overall used little pesticides and no chemical fertilizer).  Farm pond available for water, and land adjoins Burrows Run creek.    Storage sheds and carport available to farmer.  Housing not available – family member lives in farmhouse on premises.

  1. Hi
I am looking for approx 10-30 acres of organic farm land to grow Hemp. I have been issued a grow license in PA. I would need access to water and power as well.
