Food Safety Regulation Research Report

Last spring, Michigan Food and Farming Systems conducted a research project on small agrifood businesses and food safety regulation in Michigan, “Maximizing engagement to minimize food safety risk: Improving training and regulatory impacts for small processors, producers, and food entrepreneurs.”

I’m sure this one will raise a few feathers, but I’m just trying to keep folks in the know, so if you have a problem with the project or the report, please don’t blame the messenger (me). Would love to get some thoughtful feedback on this either way, even though it’s not my research. I just know a lot of you have strong opinions and lots of knowledge about this kind of stuff, and would love to hear it expressed. – TR
