Greenhouse Job at GroWhole in North Branch, Minnesota – 2021

GroWhole is located in the North Branch, Minnesota Area.

GroWhole is a new startup farm that does greenhouse growing all year long. We produce specialty fruits, vegetables and herbs for local restaurants and businesses. We have an agreement with different local restaurants on what is needed and we grow based on the needs of local businesses. Our goal is to make local produce more accessible and affordable.

We are different from many traditional farms as we have an anaerobic digester that helps to keep costs down and to help provide the essentials that we need to keep the greenhouses growing. The digester provides the farm with biogas, fertilizer and heat.

Greenhouse Job in Minnesota

We need a farmer or farmers to help run the farm as that is not our area of specialty. We will handle all sales and delivery of the foods. We just need the hands on help for the farm.

We expect the farmer to have an understanding or a desire to learn about greenhouse grown produce. We expect the farmer to have an understanding or desire to learn about growing fruits and vegetables. The hours worked and times needed can be negotiated. Duties include growing and maintaining the greenhouse grown produce.

The Employee or intern will receive payment for work or be a partner in the business and share a percentage of all profits.
