Scholarships and Sliding Scale Rates Available for OEFFA’s Most Affordable Ohio Ecological Farming Conference Yet!

OEFFA’s can’t-miss conference offers up to six days of learning, sharing, and networking for farmers, gardeners, homesteaders, and others committed to local food, sustainable agriculture, and green living.

This online event will feature educational workshop video sessions, inspiring keynote speakers, in-depth Food and Farm School classes, an interactive virtual trade show, and fun and engaging networking opportunities.

Beyond of all the top-notch education this conference will provide, the Socio app and online event platform easily allow you to join by computer or phone, organize your schedule, interact with vendors, message other attendees, play games, share contact information, and re-watch recorded sessions.

The 2021 OEFFA Ohio Ecological Farming Conference is the most affordable and convenient yet! Not only can you skip the travel and hotel room costs, but if you’re on a budget, we have scholarships and a new sliding scale option which can help:

· Scholarships for Persons of Color: Scholarships are available for Black, Indigenous, Latinx, and other underrepresented people who are or want to be in food system work. Scholarships will be awarded the week of January 4, so apply today!

· Scholarships for Beginning Farmers: Beginning farmers in financial need can apply for scholarships until January 6.

· Sliding Scale Pricing for OEFFA Members: Because this year has been hard on many people, OEFFA is offering a sliding scale for conference registration. If you can’t pay the full registration, pay what you are able, from as little as $60. Register by January 25!
