Organic Farm Apprenticeship in Georgia at Serenbe Farms – 2021

The Serenbe Farms apprenticeship program is at the core of Serenbe Farms’ history and philosophy. This competitive apprenticeship opportunity will allow you to learn how to grow diverse, high quality vegetables on small acreage throughout the seasons. Farm apprentices are responsible for harvesting, green house seeding, irrigation, weeding, farm maintenance, CSA and restaurant delivery, farm tours and farmer’s market sales. Apprentices are required to be able to do any other farm related task, which means you will learn everything from seed to sale, including special farm projects throughout the season. We also have weekly homework and field work assignments for additional education.

Apprentices will receive a stipend of $1000/month. Housing with internet and utilities are included, as well as access to farm produce. Intern housing is a shared 2-3 bedroom house with kitchen, lounge, dining area, and a large yard. The house is approximately 1/4 of a mile from the farm. Apprentices have access to all of the Serenbe Communities amenities, restaurants and hiking trails.
