Organic Vegetable Farm Manager Job in UK Radford Mill Farm is a 110 acre organic farm located between Bath and Wells (United Kingdom). The farm is seeking someone to run their organic vegetable production. There are currently 5 poly tunnels in production, an orchard and several fields with scope for further development. Sales are through their farm shop in Bristol, farmers markets, emerging local box scheme and supplying food for events held on the farm. This post requires proven experience, enthusiasm and commitment, the ability to get on with others and to manage volunteers and interns. The vegetable manager will be accountable to the farm manager but will have reasonable autonomy to run and develop the vegetable business. Accommodation is included, with a basic wage and profit sharing scheme. There is the possibility of additional employment options if you are a couple.
