Next Barn Over is a 25-acre organic mixed vegetable farm in Hadley, MA. We grow for our 400-member CSA as well as a few local restaurant and wholesale accounts.

We are currently hiring for apprentice and assistant manager positions. There are full season (April-November) and part season (late May-early September) apprenticeship openings. As an apprentice you will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of our crop production systems including planning, planting, cultivation, harvest, and distribution and to take on leadership within specific areas of the operation.

Applicants for the assistant grower position should have at least two-years of experience on a similar operation and be comfortable operating equipment and leading a crew. Applicants for all positions should bring enthusiasm and dedication to the work, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, reliability, an interest in farm systems, and a good sense of humor always helps.
