Olympic Peninsula, Washington, Full-time Field Production Crew Midori Farm
Midori Farm is a 29 acre organic farm located in the village of Quilcene in East Jefferson County, Washington on the verdant North Olympic peninsula. We grow high quality organic vegetables, garden seedlings, seeds and craft our own traditionally fermented sauerkraut and kimchi from farm-grown produce. We sell our produce at three local farmers markets, organic food retailers, restaurants, a small CSA and at our on farm stand.
This 2018 season we will grow approximately 10 acres of vegetables and 5 acres of soil-building cover crops. We use a combination of human and tractor power. While we have been in business for 10 years, this is only our 5th growing season on our new property, so we are continually building new infrastructure and refining our systems.
